Shipping

Most of our products is shipped directly from our office to you. Before leaving the office, each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. We use only trusted shipping partners to deliver your purchase as quickly and as safely as possible.

Delivery Information

Your delivery charges are based on the value of your order. For specific rates, click here to view our delivery policies.

We will ship your order promptly after it is received. Most merchandise will arrive 7-10 business days. Oversized items may take longer. We routinely ship partial orders (when some items are in stock and others are not). You will not incur any additional delivery charges for partial orders. Your delivery charges are based on the value of your order. Please refer to the chart below for specific rates. You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After you place an order, you will receive two emails from us. The first will arrive shortly after you place your order, confirming that we've received it. The second will be sent after your order has shipped. These emails will contain your order number along with a link you can use to track the status of your order.

Where we ship

Delivery Area

At this time, we ship only to addresses within the continental United States. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations, although we hope to expand our delivery area soon.

Delivery times

While most items that we feature are in stock at our office, because we ship products directly from them to you we cannot guarantee immediate shipping. In-stock items may arrive to you in as few as 7-10 days.

If an item you order is not in stock and will take longer than 4-6 weeks for delivery, we will inform you as soon as possible to let you know what the estimated shipping date is. Ideally, we will indicate this on our web site product page, but this is not always possible. Regardless, we will not charge your credit card until your order ships.

Method of delivery

The majority of items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, but for larger items we might use specialized freight carriers.

Oversized Items

Items are considered "oversize" because of their size and/or weight. In-stock items will typically arrive in 10-15 business days. Rush delivery and gift wrap are not available. As usual, all returned merchandise should be in its original packaging and in saleable condition or a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges

With some exceptions (see below), if you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 15 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund or exchange of the purchase price, however you must pay to ship the item back to us. Any shipping fees and/or costs are non-refundable. Here are the exceptions and clarifications:

  • Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, etc.).
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to our Terms of Use.

Damaged Goods Replacements

Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does occur en route. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage, contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement. Keep all of the original packing material. Please contact us, and we’ll provide you with instructions.

Product Warranties

Customer Service

We are here to help. It is our goal to provide you with the best customer service possible. For quick answers to common questions, check out the Customer Service Topics listed below. If we have missed something or you need more information or assistance please don't hesitate to call or write.

Kimmicca Designs, Inc. will replace or issue a credit for defective products under warranty or items that were damaged during shipping. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt in original packaging and condition.

All returns must be pre-authorized with an RMA number by contacting: returns@kimmicca.com.
